Seasonal Wreath Workshop
An introduction to making a wreath for any season: For those who want to understand and learn the rationale and methodology to making a natural wreath starting with the foundations: from making a moss base (on a wire frame) through creating the sumptuous foliage base to adding all the decorative details. Lindsey demonstrates by making an autumn wreath. A step-by-step video with close-ups and detailed explanations from start to finishing touches.
Christmas Wreath Workshop
This workshop assumes you will either already know how to make the mossed base or have learned this skill in the Seasonal Wreath Workshop. It focuses specifically on Christmas Door wreaths, this workshop is aimed at professional florists intending to retail their Christmas wreaths covering all the essential considerations one must bear in mind if the wreath is for retail as well as florists and flower arrangers planning on teaching wreath workshops. A close-up, detailed video for those who want to create an abundant, luxurious door wreath for Christmas.
Spring Wreath Workshop
Incorporating evergreen foliage, spring flowering plants and bulbs, spring wreaths require different techniques to the Christmas Workshop, Lindsey begins the demonstration with a mossed base (she shows how to make the moss base in the Seasonal wreath workshop). A step by step demonstration of how to create a beautiful spring flowering wreath using different bulbs from February, March and April incorporating bulbs such as Galanthus (snow drops) in early spring to Muscari, Narcissi, fritillaria and primulas flowers exclusive to spring. She shows how to ‘tube’ cut flowers and talks about Easter wreaths and the variable Easter date requiring different bulbs and flowers. As with all the workshops, this is meticulously taught and detailed. Aimed at professional florists wanting to broaden their repertoire and those flower arrangers wanting to create really detailed luxury wreaths.
